06 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

11 - 9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
02 - While pasta cooks, blend avocados, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
03 - Drain pasta and return to pot. Add avocado sauce and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
