01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
03 - Add green food coloring gel to the melted chocolate and mix until you reach your desired shade of green.
04 - Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel halfway or fully into the green chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
05 - Place the coated pretzels back on the parchment-lined sheet.
06 - Immediately sprinkle with toppings if desired.
07 - Let the pretzels set at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
08 - Serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
