01 - Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
02 - Sprinkle the garam masala over the chicken, stirring well to coat. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - Add the heavy cream and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Simmer gently for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is rich and creamy and the chicken is fully cooked.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
