01 - In a medium bowl, toss the peach slices with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
02 - In serving glasses or bowls, spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
03 - Add a layer of peaches (about 2 tablespoons), followed by a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the yogurt.
